The Avilés Port Authority is governed by its Board of Directors. Pursuant to that which is provided for in Article 40 of Law 27/1992 and Decree 151/1999 of 7 October concerning the composition of the Boards of Directors of Gijón and Avilés Port Authorities, the Avilés Port Authority Board of Directors is currently made up of the following members:
