Occupying a surface area of 2,272.77 m2, the new Depot is located on a plot that belongs to the Port Authority near the San Juan de Nieva Dock. It is a rectangular shaped building, canted at one of its corners, and consisting of a perimeter bearing wall made of reinforced concrete from which spring 11 peak bent frames that serve to support the roof, as well as the side and front walls.
